Paid enrollment is not open. You cannot purchase Island Tycoon through the public inquiry forms.
Planned annual billing
The planned price is $249 charged once every 12 months, with automatic annual renewal, for one adult-managed household with up to ten learner profiles. This replaces the earlier one-time purchase and 180-day offer.
Before purchasing
The annual purchase agreement will explain access start and end dates, how to stop future renewal, and which initial and renewal charges qualify for a refund. It will be available before enrollment opens. Do not rely on older one-time purchase refund wording as an annual renewal policy.
Billing questions or a charge concern
An adult may use our support form to report a duplicate charge, access-delivery problem or other billing concern. Include the adult account email, approximate purchase date and order reference if available. Do not include a password, full card number or child personal information. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable law.
