Information you provide
Our forms collect adult contact details, such as name, email and, where requested, phone number, along with your inquiry type, organization details and message. We use this information to route, record and answer inquiries, support requests and education-program review questions. Please do not include children’s names, birthdays, photos or other personal information, passwords or payment-card details.
Information from website and form services
Hosting, fonts, embedded forms and security services can receive your IP address, browser and device details, page requests and technical identifiers. Our forms use GoHighLevel/LeadConnector through RedNova. The forms use session and browser-storage identifiers, approximate country information and Cloudflare security services. Form pages also load Meta’s browser tracking library. These services can process information when a page loads, before you submit a message. Submitting an inquiry is not the only collection point.
Google Fonts supplies typography on parts of the site. Browser controls may let you limit cookies or local storage; blocking these can affect embedded forms and security checks. A claim that this website uses no cookies, analytics or tracking would not accurately describe these services.
Providers and disclosures
Information is processed through our website hosting and contact-platform providers to deliver the website, protect forms, keep inquiry records and respond to adults. Google, Cloudflare and Meta resources are present on the relevant pages described above. Their own information practices also apply to data they receive. We may disclose information when required by law or to address security, fraud or legal claims. We do not describe vendor processing as anonymous or promise that no provider uses information for its own purposes.
Children and the learning program
The public contact forms are for adults. Paid enrollment is not open. An adult-managed account does not mean that a learner-facing service collects no information: the prepared Island Tycoon learning system saves learner slots, progress, quiz responses and game state linked to a household, along with technical records. The learner program needs its own parent notice and applicable parental controls and consent before enrollment opens. This website notice is not a substitute for that notice or consent.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and support information is kept for responding to the request and maintaining the related business record. Provider logs, browser storage and backups can have different retention periods. We do not promise one automatic deletion deadline for all systems.
Adults may contact us to ask about information associated with their inquiry, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify the requester’s authority before disclosing or changing records. Legal or security obligations can limit deletion. Do not send identification documents or sensitive child information with an initial request.
